Reports: Manchester City rejects Barcelona's offer to sign Silva.

Barcelona has suffered a new setback in the transfer market as Manchester City has turned down their offer to sign Bernardo Silva this summer.

Barcelona is keen on acquiring Silva, especially with Dembélé's imminent departure and the need to replace him with a distinguished player.

Reports indicate that Barcelona made an offer to sign Silva on a one-year loan with an option to buy for 60 million euros, but it was met with refusal from Manchester City, who informed Barça that the player is not for sale.

Nevertheless, the reports confirm that Barcelona does not rule out the possibility of signing Silva, as the player is pressing strongly for the move to happen.
